DVD Authoring? Hi. I just made a dvd with mpeg4 files in it. the question is, every time i popped in the dvd to my dvd player, i always have to select what is the clip i want to play. how can i make some sort of 'play list' that enables me to play all of the clips in just one click of a button? thanks.

What is the best free DVD authoring software? I need software that will create a title screen and give me the ability to divide my video into chapters. I need it to be like Windows DVD Maker but with the ability to choose where my chapters start and end (windows picks arbitrary divide points). I am running Windows Vista. Thanks!

god dvd authoring program for AVI files? so im pretty much downloading avi files via torrents and trying to burn episodes onto dvds. i have used dvd architect and i try to fit as many episodes onto a dvd as possible, and my dvds play good until some of the episodes the video freezes and the audio keeps going. anyone have advice for me in what kind of dvd authoring software will show me how many files i can add without making the dvd un-watchable? help! thanks!

How do you create chapters on Web videos, like DVD Authoring? What software is best for this? I need to be able to convert a video from a DVD to a Web format, but then I need to be able to create chapters so that a person can click on a topic and go to the point in the video that is relevant to it so they do not have to view the whole video.

What is the best DVD authoring program for PCs? I recently made a picture slideshow DVD for a wedding rehearsal dinner using the iDVD program that came with my friends Mac. I am considering getting software to make the same DVD slideshows with a PC and wanted to know what was the best for the sort of purpose. I will really only be adding JPG images to a slideshow, adding music, and hopefully be able to add slick menus and such depending on the app. I've been told that Roxio Easy Media Creator is a good choice as well as Pinnacle Studio and Nero. Thought I'd see what the Y! Answers community would recommend.

What's the best moderately priced DVD authoring software? To the DVD wizards out there: I need your input and advice. I download lots of video files from Usenet and the torrent sites. I'm currently using CyberLink Power Producer 3 to author scene menus and to convert the files from avi etc to DVD. PP3 came with my DVD burner. I'm looking to take a step up to a product with a few more features. The most important upgrades are 1) entering a time stamp and having the software position me at that point and 2) using different menu styles on the main screen and scene/chapter screens. Free would be best, of course, but I need to keep the price under $75. I'd pay $100 for a really outstanding solution. It needs to be easy to configure. Thanks in advance.

What is some simple DVD authoring software for Windows? I tried using Vista's preloaded DVD burning software, but I can't add subtitles to buttons that have each episode of the show I am trying to burn. That is the only problem I have with that software really. Is there software like this with with feature? I don't want anything really huge taking up space on my computer, but I want something that works. Cost is not a problem...

What is the best program available for authoring DVD's in a Windows PC? I'm wondering what a really good, maybe even professional, DVD authoring program is. I've tried Roxio, Sonic, Pinnacle, TMPGenc, etc, and found them all to be lacking in one way or another. I'm looking for the best program there is. I mainly use mpeg-2 files that are already DVD compliant. I just want a lot of freedom and features in making menus, fonts, etc.
